Project for resilience and empowerment of refugees and their host communities in partnership (PREP)

We took a trip to Northern Uganda in a refugee settlement called Parolinya, that now host over 180,000 refugees who fled SouthSudan due to war 3 years ago, and below we share with you a short video on how the PREP project is working to build inclusive, healthy and resilient communities through agroforestry. Project for resilience and empowerment of refugees and their host communities in partnership (PREP) – is a unique collaboration in Uganda, between the Uganda Red Cross and Vi Agroforestry, that improves the health of vulnerable refugees and farmers, and secures access to drinking water, sanitation and food, thereby increasing their nutrition and their livelihood options
